Chair
Dan “Daddy RedBull” Mess (he/him)
Dan fell in love with leather when he went to IML 2015 to cheer on Brian Bolt Donner’s IML run. He joined the Cincinnati Leather team for Cincinnati Leather Weekend ’17 as Den Daddy, and in 2021 became chair of the Cincinnati Leather Board. Cincinnati Leather Weekend ’22 was his first time as Producer of Cincinnati Leather Weekend. He believes strongly in creating leather & kink spaces/events that are fun, sexy, safe, and inclusive. He lives with his wonderful husband and has a beloved Daddy who lives in Atlanta. As you can see from his picture, he is very serious.
Treasurer
Turk (they/them)
Turk is queer, ace, and kinky af. Currently, they serve the treasurer of Cincinnati Leather, as well as Producer of Cincinnati Critter and Handler. They also coordinate our bar nights and work with venues in Cincinnati for our other events.
Secretary
Ramon “Porkchop” Spurlock (he/him)
Ramon was Mr Cincinnati Leather 2017. He is a proud member of the board serving as Secretary. He believes in Cincinnati Leather and its mission which is making the community more inclusive and learning as much as possible so we can live together in harmony. In his professional life, he is a security professional and enjoys traveling, meeting people and exploring other cultures.
Member at Large
Alex Cameron (she/her)
Alex has been a member of the Cincinnati Leather community since 2018 and became a member of the board in 2021. When not on stage as a drag king and member of Cin City Burlesque or working her 9-5, Alex can be seen around the city raising money for various charity organizations.

Brian “Bolt” Donner (he/him)
Bolt placed third at IML in 2015, competing as Mr Tri-State Leather. A founding member of the Cincinnati Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Ruff Pups, President of the Titans of the Midwest from 2018-2019, and Executive Producer Emeritus for Cincinnati Critter & Handler and Cincinnati Leather, the first historically men’s contest to remove the gender restriction and become a gender-neutral contest. He is a long time member of the bear, pup, and leather communities, bondage switch, alpha pup, designer, illustrator, educator, giant comic book nerd, dad joke aficionado, and hugger.
Advisor to the Board and Founder of Cincinnati Leather
Randy Bridges (he/him)
Randy accidentally stumbled into an IML Event in Chicago in 1980 and became infatuated with the whole Leather scene. After being involved in several Leather groups and running and producing several other contests, in 2012 he founded and started the Cincinnati Leather Contest at his club, On Broadway in Cincinnati Ohio. Randy handed off Cincinnati Leather to Brian Bolt Donner in 2016, but has stayed active and involved in the Cincinnati leather and kink community.
